Denise Jones is an award-winning playwright, executive producer, and founder of Tender Touch Inc., a therapeutic arts-based nonprofit serving women and young girls on their journey toward healing and restoration. Drawing from her lived experience of overcoming childhood trauma and addiction, Denise uses storytelling as a powerful tool for transformation, hope, and second chances.

She is the creator of the stage production Beyond The Door, a moving work inspired by real-life stories that explores incarceration, faith, addiction, and redemption. The production is currently being prepared for national touring and film/television adaptation.

For nearly four decades, Denise has shared her story in prisons, treatment centers, churches, and community spaces, inspiring individuals to reclaim their lives and walk boldly into purpose. Her work stands at the intersection of art, advocacy, and healing—opening doors once thought closed.
