Denise Jones (CEO)
Denise Jones is the founder & CEO of Tender Touch Inc, which was established in 2004.
In 1997, DENISE JONES founded Turbine Janitorial Cleaning Company ('TJCC'), an Illinois-based company. TJCC was a full-service industrial construction and maintenance firm providing comprehensive cleaning services to private businesses and government agencies. Denise oversaw all phrases of the firm's operations and was directly involved with clients to develop long-term maintenance programs. She also directed all marketing and strategic planning for the company. Prior to its dissolution, TJCC had 25 full-time employees.
Due to her personal experience with substance abuse and incarceration, Denise had a strong desire and passion to work with ex-incarnated women and teenage girls. This would inspire a new goal in 2004, which blossomed into the creation of
TENDER TOUCH, INC. Denise's mission is to captivate, educate, inspire and empower individuals to achieve their own personal greatness, regardless of their race, color or religious beliefs. Denise found her true purpose in her empowerment ministry, which includes a prison ministry for young girls and women.
DENISE is a facilities manager, and was conferred with her Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management with consecration in Human Services Administration from Spertus College in 2009. Denise is the author of Who Said It Could Be Done? A poignant autobiography published in 2010, and is currently working on her second book, The Prison Within Me: "Break Free".
DENISE is also a Deliverance Minister and Inspirational and Motivational speaker. She has been on a passionate mission to share with others how to break free from the prison within. She has worked with adults, families and children for over 20 years, lecturing on a variety of topics at churches, schools, government institutions and businesses throughout Chicago, as well as prison facilities in Wisconsin and Ohio.
